Patient life engagement is a long term, collaborative goal

Patient life engagement practices mean bringing a person with schizophrenia to a point where they love their life and achieve what they want to, Professor Andrea Fagiolini told us at ECNP 2021. It’s important to recognize that patient life engagement is a long term goal and that the concept of life engagement for a patient is dynamic and while they may not always understand it completely, as their ability to engage in life increases with successful treatment, so does their understanding.
